    It's called Ledger Lock and is provided by Mutual Materials in the NW. Essentially it is a concrete veneer that is formed to look like natural stone. Installation is quite easy. There are other stone veneer companies...like tombstone etc. Hope that helps. Comes in boxes with corner pieces too.
