Sorry for seeming like the grammar police, but this just bugs me

Just as an idea....mind you, I am not a pro, just an avid hobbyist and "power user" of sorts...
These people earn their living developing designs and solutions to problems. Houzz gives them a way to showcase their work and share general ideas....but if they posted the details of materials, budgets, etc....it would be rather like an accountant completing tax returns for free on a public message board...a good way to go out of business, and potentially even face liability.
I really don't mind.

Well if that professional lived in Philadelphia and someone in Alabama wanted to know the paint color or the info on the doors I hardly think he would go out of business

Why do so many people on this site ask about paint color? These professional photos are done with great lighting.
A paint color is impossible to choose on a computer screen from a photo.
Paint must be chosen for a room, according to the amount of light the room receives. That is what a professional is for. Save yourself may trips to the paint store for samples and do it right the first time!

I wasn't asking about paint color I gave a hypothetical couldn't you read I mentioned the doors as well and was making the point it doesn't hurt to share some info. Contractors in Philly won't loose business if someone in Alabama wanted info. Yes you should stop being the police.
