Future kitchen styles

I will be moderately remodeling my kitchen in Florida in a year, don't care for stainless steel appliances, but would like to remodel so it stands up to 10 or 15 years in the future when I may sell. What will kitchens look like? Can I remodel now so it doesn't look outdated in 10 years?
