Asbestos?

We are just about to cut out this water damaged ceiling, when I thought about Asbestos. House is about 30 yrs old. Canadian built. What are the chances?

With all the mold remediation I've been dealing with, I'm out of funds for asbestos removal .

Any advice most welcomed...
