I am wondering how comfortable this chair is. As I've been shopping, I've found that some chairs have hard seats and mushy backs, and some have mushy seats and hard backs.

Would you say this chair is Medium Softness/Firmness in Both Back and Seat ? ? (It seems it would be sensible for all producers to manufacture their chairs this way, but apparently some do not.)

Might there be a store in the Kansas City area where this chair is carried so it could be tried?
