Would this be appropriate for a dining room? How hard is it to change the bulbs?

This is a 9 light pendant with a 23" diameter. The general rule of thumb when selecting a fixture to hang over a dining room, the chandelier should be no larger than 3/4 the table's width and extend no closer than 6 inches to the table's edge. The bottom of your chandelier should sit approximately 30 to 32 inches above the table top.

The assembly instructions for this chandelier are fairly easy, so changing a bulb will not be a hassle. Here is an image of how to change the bulb on this fixture.
