My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a 'Nichiha' fiber cement shingle. Thicker than Hardishingle.

    Can you please comment on color? Is it paint or did the color come from Nichiha?

    We ordered the shingles prime painted and field painted with flat latex paint. The factory paint has a sheen to it that we didn't want.

    The paint color was Benjamin Moore "Pismo Dunes" AC32. Flat latex exterior house paint.
