Yes, this is too high, if only because the bottom of the curtains seems to be off the floor by a good 2 or three inches . . ideally, curtains want to "skirt" the floor. Here, hanging the rod higher than the trim is ok, but would be better in this space if lowered to just above the trim so the white rod echos that white trim just below. Also, you might look into the connectors so you can have a continuous rod across the top rather than three distinct rods - you will now have to use double hardware between the windows and not have the flexibility you might have had with one (connected) look. If you lower / adjust drapery hardware, you can hem the curtains with iron on hem tape.

Another element I'm not seeing work well for you is that you have purchased a curtain that doesn't appear to be wide enough to look right when drawn closed. Curtains and drapery need 2x or not less than 1.5x the width of the window so you have appropriate fullness. Using these as gathered along the top also will not move on the rod well - no rings (they have clip on ones) mean the curtains won't stack well in folds. You might buy two more panels so you have additional width, replace the rods with those that connect / maybe even a wider diameter (proportional to the length) - you have very nice windows here, and the drapery and hardware should enhance them. You might buy some clip on rings and see if you like the look better.

Too high , lower the rod a bit , you also need more fullness for this window , and looking at the width of the window a rod that is longer .
