My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    palant- I agree that while the mural is beautiful, painted murals aren't for everyone. The surround stone looks like it could be Durango travertine. Since it is a Mexican Travertine and the client is in Texas, it makes sense. Walker Zanger carries Durango stone in a few different sizes and finishes. If you'll let me know where you're located, I can direct you to the nearest showroom or dealer to view samples.

      I actually don't know where the client purchased the tile for the backsplash. She resides in Texas, so I'm sure it was a local purchase for her. It is tumbled stone subway tile. I would check one of your local suppliers to see if they can get it for you.
