I hired Matt and World Contracting to diagnose and fix a recurring leak from our 2nd floor bathroom. It turns out the previous owners, who remodeled the bathroom themselves had not installed the Travertime tile correctly, so moisture was seeping through the wall and damaging the ceiling and wall below. After trying several different approaches to this problem, we went with Matt's recommendation to tear out and rebuild the entire shower wall. Matt was able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it, but more importantly created a more beautiful and better functioning shower environment for us in the process. We are very happy with the results and completely confident that our problem is solved once and for all. His team is punctual, courteous, careful and neat. I will have them back to work in my house in the near future and can't say enough nice things about our experience working with World Contracting.

We hired World Contracting LLC to renovate our family room. We are very pleased with the work done. Throughout the process Matt maintained clear communication and provided realistic expectations for the work being done. I found Matt and World Contracting via Houzz, the reviews posted, and his proximity to Chatham, NJ where my client Tribe Pictures is located. Tribe is a busy film production company and it was crucial to work with a contractor who was sensitive to their needing renovation during business hours and not having to shut down totally. With his help, we converted a basement level into a warm and welcoming editing space and ancillary staff and client meeting space. The renovation was a huge success and I loved Matt's attention to detail in executing my design. I look forward to working with him again soon.

I loved working with Matt/World Contracting! We collaborated on a family living area renovation. The space features two modern baths w/ curbless shower, linear drains, large format tile, dimensional tile, floating granite benches, wall-hung/in-wall-tank toilets; and wall-hung vanities. He worked with us to design & build a custom ceiling profile in the family/common area using natural cedar, and installed flooring of 24x36" tile, and a floating live-edge wood bench. We designed a laundry room with custom cabinetry that really maxed out space & storage in a small footprint, while also providing access to mechanicals. His cabinets and tile work are beautiful! Our job was a ground-up renov: starting with chiseling up & restoring concrete slab, re-running sewer line, reconfiguring plumbing layout, interior framing, waterproofing/insulating foundation walls, replacing several very large windows, all the way through to a finished, painted, tiled, trimmed, stylish, and fully functional family living area. Here's what I really like about Matt: What he doesn't already know, he is eager to learn & willing to try. He is intelligent, articulate, informed & curious about all aspects of his trade, and up-to-date on current technologies and techniques. He holds himself & his workers to high quality standards. He is tuned in & hands-on for the whole job. He is collaborative, flexible as plans inevitably evolve, reliable, listens & communicates, and has integrity to spare.

We asked Matt to do a cost effective, budget bathroom remodel for both of our bathrooms. He helped design not only bathrooms within our budget, but his execution was anything but budget looking. The quality of his workmanship is amazing. He even added a "surprise" to my upstairs bathroom by adding a glass tile nook that added so much character to what was originally a basic remodel. Matt and his team were work horses and showed up at 7am every morning (as promised) and were still there when I returned home from work at 6:30. He dedicated as much time and effort into my budget remodel as he would have for a higher-end job which I appreciated greatly. His team were extremely courteous and professional (and good with small kids and dogs too). I would rave more about Matt and his team if I could.

As a designer, I found working with Matt and World Contracting to be a great collaboration. He was always interested in working with me and the clients to accomplish our goals, and had many excellent suggestions of his own to add. Matt is always thinking and always looking for ways to make the project at hand even better. This shows in the high level of craftsmanship and refinement in the projects we've done together. I would love to work with Matt and his team again.

I have worked with World Contracting on different projects throught the years. Matt is very detail oriented and takes pride in his work. He is skilled in many different areas and is a master craftsman. I would highly reccomend him.

Matt with World Contracting remodeled my Bathroom last year and we absolutely love it. Everyone who comes to my home comments on how lovely it is. I was unsure of what exactly I wanted and Matt was able to create a design I love and guided me on how to pick colors, tiles, and all other appliances and hardware. Now, we are doing an addition on our house in Chatham and World Contacting is handling the whole project. We are in the process now and I'm so excited and feel very confident that the project is in great hands. I so happy I finally found an honest and reliable contractor who knows what they’re doing!

Honest, responsive, knowledgeable about design and materials of construction, excellent craftsmanship. This is a one-man operation. As needed, he hires subcontractors who reflect his values. Occasional inability to find qualified help has delayed ONLY his most recent project for us (he has done 5 jobs here, ranging from $3K to $50K+, from 2008 to 2012).

Matt and his team have done numerous projects for us over the last 5 years. One example was a complete renovation of our master bathroom. He always gets the job done on time and on budget. We would highly recommend World Contracting!

World Contracting has performed several services for me including: (1) a portico front entrance with custom wood barrel ceiling (2) bathroom remodel including fully tiled custom shower (3) crown molding installation I am going to review the Portico as this seems focused on one project review at a time. World Contracting had to work with me to select the right materials and to select the right size of the barrel's curve. World matched the existing architecture of my home so closely that a neighbor walking by during the project remarked, "It looks like it was done all at the same time". From gluing all the corners and seams, to polishing the exterior PVC - a lot of time and attention was paid to every detail. My wife and I could not be happier, and it is the first thing everyone sees when they come over. Matthew Falzarano is the owner; his knowledge of the trades and his commitment to quality really shows in quality results. Not only is the finished job truly impressive to look at, but I know that even for the parts of the job you can't see the material selection and methods of construction are first rate. The craftsmanship and need to "finish it right" make World Contracting easy to recommend. Sorry the picture isn't better. I will amend this when I can (if I can).
