My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this a Marmoleum floor? Would appreciate details...

I really like this floor, but when replacing a polished porcelain floor, I am really turned off by the dull look of all the vinyl floor tiles that I have seen.

    It is a Marmoleum tile floor. To maintain it, you use the Forbo products - cleaner and sealer. The latter gives a nice sheen although it is not shiny.

    Sorry but I cannot find any record of the actual colors - this job was completed 7 years ago. I looked at the current colors of Marmoleum tile and there is a green called "Frost" that looks similar but the current yellows seem much stronger than this one. Good luck!
