My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is a dark grey 12x24" porcelain tile. It is pretty nondescript stuff, and was very affordable at the tile store. There are two entrances to this room, so laying the tile in this pattern helped to make it not look "wrong" when you enter from either door. Sorry I do not have the brand name or style number.
