My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wood flooring in basement, any issues?

Any problems with installing wood in basement? I've been discouraged from doing that. Glued to slab or did you install a subfloor?

    No issues with wood in the basement. A sub floor was put down before the unfinished wood. We check our sump often when it's raining, but have been really happy thus far.
