Full tile stairs or top tile with laminate at the bottom of each step ? Which one is better for the entrance room. For 2nd floor stairs full carpet or carpet top with laminate ? What are the pros and cons ? Plz give me some advice ! Thank you so much

These are the stairs finished with laminate . I m debating is I should use laminate or not .

The problem with laminate is that it can become delaminate. For example, in my workplace the coffeepot overfilled and the sides of the lamination counter top became unglued, but the laminated top wasn't effected at all. This was probaly caused by bad sealing between the edge and the top pieces
