My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This backsplash is a very clever design!

Avoids the hugely inflated cost of backpainted glass. What thickness and variety (low iron or regular clear glass) was used for this project? Thanks!

    In this case it was clear glass over a painted wall. If the rest of the wall was not red, it would have been just red back-painted glass used as the kitchen backsplash.

      Hugely inflated cost? That sounds very derogatory as though you are being gouged. I assume you didn't intend it that way, correct?

      We have found that back painted glass is a great solution for the right applications, and worth every penny.

      Wait, I'm confused. I thought this was clear glass over a painted wall, not back-painted glass. Please advise, thanks so much.

      I love the idea of clear glass but what kind of adhesive was used to not be visible or unattractive over the red wall?
