What is the difference between this light and the KICHLER FANS 340112 Piastra Glass Bowl Light Kit? Does it come with the finial to secure it to the ceiling fan fixture? Is it universal and will it fit any ceiling fan fixture? Loving it and anxious to get at least one if not more!
