My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The manufacturer is Armstrong hardwood flooring in the color Mountain Smoke from the hickory species (item # GCH48MTLG). This floor has a permion urethane finish. Thank you for your interest!

The floors are amazing, but you are right. They look grey on the website. They look more like a Walnut. American Walnut or Chickory
