My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I recall that it was schumacher. I can not confirm the print name because the designer did not share it with me.

    Liz, the chair is custom made. The designer used fabrics in this house from Schumacher. I do not know this exact fabric but I am almost positive that it came from there.
