Do you have the mounting brackets to mount the tv to the wall? Perhaps the corner? It may not work out in practice, I'm more thinking as I type here... I also wonder if you could slide your sewing station to face the window maybe just next to your bed - you could use your bed as a space to lay out what you've been working on/sewing and enjoy your view and have a little extra space to your left for things you need for work (fabrics, crafting, etc.)
I'd really have to play with this a little more but these are just a couple of random ideas...good luck!

Are you currently planning to work with what you have or do you have a budget in mind for new things such as floor to ceiling storage units or a murphy bed?

Is sewing a hobby or your business? There are large folding tables at comfortable standing heights that work well.

Since this is a rental, I wouldn't want to mount the tv on the wall. Good suggestion though.

Sewing is my hobby; I work from home occasionally for my day job. So I've been using the dining table and a smaller desk to serve those dual purposes. Perhaps I need a different table? Square versus circle... That wall is the angled one.
