My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's white oak, sanded and 3 coats of bioshield hard oil. This low-VOC, low-odor hard oil creates a deeply penetrating finish that is hard to beat for most wood surfaces. We caution our clients if they choose an oil for their floor finish because it is not as durable as a polyurethane. But, we love the richness it produces and for the right client it's the best choice.
