    Hi rabeldc,
I wish we could help - we used a custom blend for the cabinetry and have been unable to locate the color combination for you. If we do find the "recipe" we will let you know.

The C2 colors in this room are Morris Green, Sage and Ecru. The table was built for us by Staples Cabinetmakers in Plainville, MA. The top was made from recovered wood that had spent the last century at the bottom of the Ohio River. Steve Staples hand planed it and gave it a dark stain, which he wiped off to leave traces of in the low spots before finishing. The shelf on the base is a single piece of hemlock that was once part of a wall in a house in Easton, MA. Steve turned the legs to make the table counter height, and added two drawers in the apron on the stove side, on which he used two antique bin pulls from his collection. The top is set to leave an overhang for three seats. Our electrician wired outlets into each end and ran the wire invisibly down to an outlet in the floor.
The floor is cork, and has been a total dream to walk on and to keep looking good. Two aspects might bother some folks: the legs of the stools we use at the table have left small impressions in the cork, and the floor has faded significantly in one corner, where the door does not have low-e glass.
Charlie Allen's team did a first-rate job on the beautiful designs for the cabinets and mouldings by architect Michael Kim. We chose glue chip glass for the cabinet doors. The cabinets were built by Crystal, and are the only sore point about this wonderful room. The doors are slightly twisted and do not meet perfectly along their inside edges. We had a company rep. visit, but he did not offer to correct the doors, saying hopefully that perhaps the doors would flatten themselves out in time. We knew of course that they wouldn't, but didn't want to delay the job or go toe to toe with the company. As the most expensive single element in the room, I wish we'd insisted, despite the discomfort and delay it would have cost.
That said, everyone who visits seems to love this kitchen, and lots of great cooks have asked to make a meal here, to which we have eagerly assented!
