Can it be used for electronics under wall mount tv

I'm looking to use this for the DVD and Dish equipment under my 65" wall mounted tv. Are there predrilled holes to use for this purpose? Or can the holes be made pretty easily? OR is there another product like this in black finish that is made for this purpose... thanks
