If your space is small you can consider cool - blues and greens- colors for decor. The make the space feel physically larger. Would you also consider using full length mirrors in your space instead of typical 36 inch mirrors?
One suggestion on lighting, LED lights in a color range of 3000 gives such beautiful clear light. I am using them all the time!
