We own this range and have had nothing but problems. Some of them relatively small - clock/timer went out. Other issues a little bigger - if you turn down the oven heat during baking, you run a 50/50 chance of it turning off completely without notice. We had a repairman out several times while it was still under warranty and got the little stuff replaced, but the larger problems persist. I would not recommend this product, the quality is just not worth the price of the equipment. Either choke down the Viking/Wolf price tag or sacrifice the aesthetic and get a more reliable GE, etc. By the way, we've also had problems with a Fisher/Paykel hood we bought to go with the range, so it's not just a fluke...
