My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Unique floor sets this room apart.

7 species of wood were used to create this floor. I separated the room by changing the flooring pattern. This floor will go with any type of furniture color & designs. what do you think?
The brick Hearth was a before shot in this room. Removed it to open up the room. The Hearth was where the mirror is now.

    It would be okay if you hadn't done that 'pick-up sticks' look for the dining room.

    It also doesn't go with the look of the house as it's quite formal, and the floor has more of a rustic look with the huge variations in color of the wood.

      You have created a “star in the room” with the floor. Tone down all of the competing pattern on the walls, in your furnishings and decor so there are some restful places for your eyes.
