Are the door and window trims precast concrete? Do you have a vendor you can recommend?

Yes, it's precast. If you are in Southern California I would recommend either Precast Innovations, Inc. (714) 921-4060 / or Souther Stone (760) 845-1003. Precast is like most things in life - you get what you pay for. Beware of low bidders.
