My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    i love the floors in this kitchen...are they wood like tile floors? this is the perfect color...not too dark and not too light! do you know of a wood like tile that looks like this of good quality? thank you!

    Donna, the floors are real wood as Oak and Broad kindly noted. However, we have used some wood-look tiles recently with good results. There are many available out there now, I think it just requires some shopping to find the right one.
