Didn't even last a year

The Electronic features on this product stopped working in less than a year. After contacting customer service I found this is a known problem and common. I was first instructed to take the faucet apart and clean the water line connections (easier said than done). After that failed they mailed 2 defective replacement solenoid assemblies (wire to the spout connector is too short to fit). Over a month later my faucet still isn't functioning. Customer Service representatives at Delta Faucet (aka Brizo) are really good giving you the run around by having you mail photos they can't seem to keep in their system. I am in limbo waiting for them to send this problem higher up the chain to see if it can be resolved. The best part is Delta does not offer refunds-- only replacement parts -- and their replacement parts don't work.

All of that aside the touch feature is really more of a pain than a convenience. Half the time by touching the faucet it turns off during use and you have to let go and touch it again to turn it on. Seriously, don't waste your money on this. It is a horrible product and very costly.

I have heard about issues like this happening, and I have been reluctant to sell this type of product since day one. Reminds me too much of the old touch lamps that would flicker during the thunderstroms at grandmother's house.

A Grohe Ladylux or Vigo Pull Out seem to workout better for my clients =)

Thanks for that info we were about to replace a two year old faucet that has internal issues as well. A different maker.

I've used Kohler faucets for the last 30 years. We get free parts whenever there is a problem with our current faucets and if my husband can't do the repair/replacement we just call our plummer. I don't have the style faucet that you currently have because they hadn't been on the market very long when we purchased but Kohler's Customer Service doesn't dish out run-around! Good luck...
