maintenence on stone

i would like to know about the resistence to staining on the stone sinks and maintenance required.
please let me know as i am in the process of choosing sinks.

These are all natural stones so they will differ, stone to stone. All the sinks are sealed but over time just like any stone they will need to be re-sealed. I wouldn't let spaghetti sauce or red wine sit in the sink but it shouldn't stain it if you dump it down and then rinse it right away.
