Soap dispenser dilemna

I'm on the lookout for some sort of large, soap dispenser. When I say large, I mean something that is 24-36 oz size for shampoo, but of course, I'm not finding anything. I'd love to find something in stainless steel, but I can live with other options. I could probably put something together from a glass container, but I'd prefer to keep glass out of the shower. I don't want anything wall-mounted…..just a simple container with a pump to sit in the shower niche that looks nice.

Heck, we'd love to find something for the kitchen as well (no way to mount one that sits below counter) but even that has been elusive. Everything I've found is pretty small (well under 16 oz)

Suggestions?

Larger than what you have been able to find would be commercial grade. You might be able to find something from a restaurant supplier.

If you have an acrylic tub, and adjacent closet, you could drill the tub and run the tubing for the Never MT to a large container in the adjacent closet.

No storage on adjacent walls and custom tiled shower. Need something that will sit in the niche.

We still haven't been able to find anything we can use. I would have guessed it would be something people would want, but I guess I was wrong.

Actually, that's one of the first types of places I started looking, but other than wall-mounted soap dispensers and ketchup dispensers that drop down into the counter I haven't been very successful so far. I'd even be happy with something over 16 oz at this point!

Yes, but it would need to be a bit larger. There is no indication how many oz that container holds, but comparing the measurements to what I have here it looks to be about 16 oz. That's about the same as I've been able to find around here. I'd prefer something that I don't' have to fill weekly.

I like these. Larger than normal, and the pump goes all the way to the bottom, which is unusual for these types of containers.

What I'm hearing from high end stylists/salons etc, is they do NOT like to see really large "refill" containers because they have a long history of "infection". Large containers of shampoo or conditioner that are being refilled can grow bacteria which is why many salons no longer offer "refills" on containers.

Just something you may want to be aware of.

Interesting point to consider Cancork. The reason I prefer to have a larger bottle is because I wash all of our refill pumps between refills and a smaller bottle means at least a weekly wash and that's just a little too often (too much time spent).

Look on line for pumps. You'll find some that fit up to gallon bottles.
