Our pan-abode house was built in 1977 but has been updated with new windows and lighting etc. All is new except the wood on the ceiling has lost its luster. We would like to know if we need to sand down the ceiling and stain it or is there a product out there used to make those beautiful wood ceilings we see in the new homes.
