Hello and thank you for your inquiry! The entry, eave and window/door surrounds are pre-cast concrete. The walls are smooth, hand troweled stucco with integral color to achieve the old-world, mottled look. Wrought iron doors and railings are incorporated to get the Italian flavor. Mediterranean drought tolerant plants were used to pull it all together.

The trim is precast concrete in a custom color. The
shutters are also a custom finish comprised of multiple colors.
