Hi,
I have a chimney that runs through the center of the house. It runs through the middle of the room on the top floor. It's a good size room - 16' x 21' and I need ideas for how to work with the cinderblock chimney since removing it is not an option. The chimney measures 2' x 7'. We want to adapt the room into a playroom and bedroom.

One contractor told me there is paint that can seal and cover it. Does anyone have other ideas?
