My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there a floor plan for this house? And what is the approx cost?

I am planing to buy or build a house near Burlington, VT. I am interested in one that is energy efficient and can be customized to meet my family's needs. We need an open plan design with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and the possibility of adding an in-law suite.
