My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Oh yes great idea when the 6'5" man pees all over the floor and the magazines and the toilet paper! Loooove the pee splatter all over my clean stuff! NOT! Who comes up with such idiotic ideas?! Do people have absolutely no idea about hygiene? You don't put anything clean near floor by toilet EVER! Unless no man will ever use the toilet otherwise even if not 6'5" they splatter everywhere!
