I just updated my kitchen and installed white Vermont quartzite. I've been using the kitchen for two weeks and am finding tons of scratches. I use cutting boards and protect the counter from sharp objects so the source is a mystery to me. I'm also baffled because I thought quartzite was not likely to scratch. Has anyone experienced this or know of the reason? TIA!!
