I have some stock flowers that I've planted in a pot. It looked to me like something was eating the flowers. It looks like when I tomato worm eats off the leaves and flowers on a tomato plant with just the green stems sticking up.

I've never seen this before and it appears to be only on my stock flowers.

Any ideas?
