Will have several Mesquite seedlings available within two months, resembles Dawn Redwood in leaf structure, very branching in habit, excellent grooved bark is attained after six years or so, deciduous (leaves turn light green before falling), ivory-white thorns on purple branches, a very beautiful tree. Does not like a lot of water, loves very bright, hot, sunlight, needs mild winters or must be kept indoors in winter. Native here in Arizona.
