Was recently given a beautiful rusted sculpture that we plan on putting on the outside ledge of our pond or for that matter on any rock of patio blocks. We want to retain the rusted look and after searching around on the "net" I'm still a tad confused as what,if any,products are out on the market to go over it and retain the rusted patina but not let it get over the landscape. I keep on thinking clearcoating it but figure there might be something more professional out there. Thank you for any input.
