I'm no help with your actual request, but on the garden junk forum, there's a thread showing a WONDERFUL collection of blue bottles, some of which are displayed on metal wine racks purchased at Goodwill. Perhaps something like that would work for you if you can't find the tree stand you're seeking.

Some on GJ forum ordered 1 last year from Collections.etc! They are not expensive & have lots of cute things. Just go to their website,also have catalog! I think the tree was under $20 tho I think you might want to stabilize it with a little cement around bottom so your pretty bottles don't tip over & get broke. There are at least 2 examples shown on GJ last summer, I think. Jan
