Is that the first and second floors only, or does that include a finished basement? What is the square footage of the main floor? 2nd floor?

Fabulous. May i know a suitable plot area to construct such a house and also the area in square foot or meters and how will i find the plan.

Regarding the square footage, it's 1st & 2nd floor, no basement.

Regarding copies of our work, all of our houses, including the Maryland Farmhouse, are custom designed specifically to our clients program and wishes. Because of this, and out of respect for our clients, we do not typically publish floor plans. That said, we would be happy to share the floor plans for the Maryland Farmhouse with you as a jumping-off point for a preliminary design of your own custom home. We’re sure, based upon your personal needs and program, the plans would need to be modified to suit your custom design.
