That's great Jim! I have always liked the saucer magnolias and one of these days... one of these days! LOL

How old are your blueberries? I purchased 3 varieties this year but they're tiny, although one of them has a bunch of little white flowers.

What kind of magnolia is that? Any idea how big it'll get?

the larger one in the back is in its second year on the balcony, I'm hoping for decent berry set if I remember to water it enough, the little one came this spring from Oikos tree crops (great natives, great prices).

The Lilliputian is a saucer magnolia, mag. x soulangiana, supposed to be smaller growing than other varieties, and to stop at about 10'; my main concern is how it will deal with eventual root pruning, but in its first spring in a container, it did just fine.
