My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am not sure if people are aware of this, but a place I have found (and gotten rid of a lot of cool stuff) is at www.craigslist.com This is the main page and off of that you can select your area. Check it out.
