With your temperature range almost any grape will do reasonably well, it is the cold winters that do them in. Check your local area to see how the vintners care for their vines, as to diseases and irrigation. Grapes kind of become a local issue because of there ability to get sick and the diseases resident where you live. Other than that water is the key issue. The soil must drain well, the vine watered when it is about dry. During the heat of the summer it is best grown under shade cloth, or lightly filtered shade. Whether you have seasons or not there has to be a time of the year it is hotter than others and it is during this time it needs a bit of protection.
