I recently got an Orbit nozzle from OSH, and so far I like it. Also picked up the Craftsman fireman-style nozzle, and I like the Orbit better. We seem to go through nozzles here, and I think some break because they get dropped on the brick patio, so I try not to drop them.

We don't use wands. Do you have hanging baskets, or how do you use a watering wand?

Thanks for the input, Socks. Yeah, I don't like the fireman-style nozzles much at all. Too much spinning of the head to get the spray you're after.

As for using a wand, I didn't think I'd care for one either until I got one in a set. Then it was like, "Oh, yeah, I like this." It allows me to plunge it into the middle of a dense shrub (like a blueberry bush) or even a small tree (like a Meyer Lemon in a pot) and get the water going to where I want it to go. I don't even have any hanging plants, yet the wand was my watering device of choice until it broke.

Maybe I'll give Orbit another try this season.

Also take a look at Dramm and, if you can find them, Gardena brand products.

Thanks for the recommendation, Carl. I went ahead and ordered a Dramm off of Amazon. Their lifetime warranty is what sold me, not to mention the designer colors. :D
