Our grandchildren live behind us, through the woods. To make it fun for them to come over, my husband made a path though the woods, and then built a framed garden door, using an old screen door we had in the garage. The kids love opening the door and coming into the garden, even though it would be easier to just slip around the side. An old 'seatless' chair holds a pot of flowers perfectly.

I love the door and path for the grandchildren. It is perfect! And the planted chair sets it off. How lucky you are to have your grandchildren so close.

These 2 forums were at one time together, but the accoutrement folks didn't much like the made-from-
junk stuff, and Spike gave us junkers our own forum.
It's been slowing down here ever since.
