The mint plants should be able to overwinter outside unless you live in a really cold zone. Marigolds and daisies are usually annuals, so if you really love them you should save the seeds for next spring. Nasturtium likewise, but they may die back to the soil line. Bring the rosemary seedlings indoors, I guess, but once it gets bigger it might be able to tolerate the cold to a certain extent.

The rosemary is not apt to do well outside in the VA/DC area. It's from the middle east and doesn't tolerate cold. If these are all in containers, depending on the size of container, you may want to pack the hardier ones together and bundle thick layers straw around all of them (and between) to keep the containers from getting too cold. Alternately you can get a couple bales of straw and put holes in them to put the pots in snuggly. The thicker the wall between the cold air and the pot, the better.

In this situation, most of the mints, the strawberries and the daisies should be fine. Basil should be brought inside if you can. It will not survive the cold, and is generally an annual as well as the marigolds, nasturtiums, etc.

Thanks, guys. Since the basil is an annual, if I take cuttings and get roots does that make a new annual or is its longevity still tied to the mother plant?

Unless it's gotten really woody, you should be able to get some cuttings and create new plants. However, it's really easy to grow from seed. I plan on starting some here shortly, as I've just cut back my plants and hung the leaves to dry. We'll see if I get any more growth on the original plants!
