My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: 10 unnamed assorted daylillies

I purchased a few bags of these assorted daylillies @ WallyWorld and planted out all but this one bag that was then MIA. Of course it turns up when I no longer need it, so if any one is interested, I'd love to trade them for just about anything I don't have... make me an offer.
