I'm not sure about the daffodils, but I've found irises can be moved pretty much anytime. For me they hardly even notice if there's little root disturbance during the move even when they are actively growing

YOu won't hurt the plants, but may not see many flowers until next year. If the Irises had become submerged, they would appreciate being repositioned anyway.
