I'm also new to forcing. I bought one of those Christmas paperwhite bulb-and-growing-medium kits - the plants did very, very well, but I now know I kept the bulbs way too wet, because the flowers never bloomed, but stayed encased in a dead brown covering! My question is this: Can I go ahead and cut off all growth, let the bulb dry out for a couple of weeks (do I freeze or just set out here at home?), and try it again, say, the beginning of March? Please advise - thanks!
